This is a very flavorful dry rub for any type of pork roast. Our family likes the flavor a lot, but if you are not eating much salt, you can cut it back to what you want, still good.
Ingredients for the rub:
The ingredients are simple, something that you probably have in your pantry. The ingredients are brown sugar, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dry rosemary, and cayenne.
This is just an easy peesy recipe, just put all your ingredients together in a bowl...
And mix these ingredients together to make a very flavorful rub. We used it on pork tenderloin, but any roast will do.
