Grilled Greek Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients until combined.
  2. Pour into a zip lock bag or a bowl and add the chicken breasts.
  3. Refrigerate for about 2 to 4 hours.
  4. When done marinating, oil and preheat grill to medium heat.
  5. When ready to grill, place the chicken on the grill, discarding the marinate. Grill the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side or until thoroughly cooked.
