Pinwheel Pizzas

Great quick appetizer or snack when you crave a pizza taste.




  • 1 (14 oz.) can pizza dough
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • small pepperoni pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. marinara sauce, extra for dipping


  1. Roll out the pizza dough a little until the thickness that you like.
  2. Mix the mozzarella cheese and the cream cheese together in a stand mixer until softened.
  3. Add the marinara sauce to the cheese mixture and whip till combined.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture onto the rolled out pizza dough.
  5. Add as many small pepperoni slices as you like.
  6. Roll up, starting at the long end very tightly, then pinch the edges together.
  7. Slice the log into 1 inch slices and place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
  8. Bake in 400ºF oven for about 10 minutes or until browned.
  9. Serve on a large enough plate with a side of extra marinara sauce.
