It is almost the beginning of Summer. Lately, we have been drinking mango smoothies every day because of all the yogurt we are making. We only use three ingredients in this smoothie recipe. There isn't really any need to add sweeteners because the mango is naturally sweet. Plus, it is good for your gut.
Making the Mango Smoothie:
These are the only ingredients you need in this simple and delicious smoothie: yogurt, mangos and ice.
First, the yogurt...
Then, the mango...
and finally... the ice
Now, put on the lid...
and turn on the blender and puree.
Almost done, but this is what it should look like: smooth, slightly sweet and cool.
Pour the mango smoothie in a tall glass with a straw and you are ready (no pool is required to drink this but it is great to have it with you anyways).

- Yield: approx. 3 cups
- Method: Blender
- ½ cup yogurt
- 10 oz. mango, chilled or partially frozen
- 8-10 oz. ice
- Put all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a tall glass with a straw.
