Macaroni Beef

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ oz. elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 ½ lbs. ground beef
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • 1 can Rotel, tomatoes, and green chilis
  • ½ teaspoon. salt
  • ½ teaspoon. pepper
  • Velveeta cheese, in cubes

Instructions

  1. Cook the  ground beef and onions till cooked through
  2. Pour off any grease in the pan
  3. Add Rotel, salt, and pepper to the ground beef. Cook for about 2 minutes or until all combined.
  4. Stir the macaroni into the ground beef mixture
  5. Add the Velveeta cheese and mix till all the cheese is melted
  6. Heat for about 1 minute and serve
