These hot dogs are a nice change from your normal grilled or microwaved ones. They get soft and are full of flavor.

Great hot dog and ready to eat this Recipe

Hot dogs steamed in beer with sauerkraut are definitely German cuisine that is a favorite during Oktoberfest, but they are really good any time. We start by making the sauerkraut, using a pack of sauerkraut from the store and making it better with some tasty extras. Most of the extras are probably in your pantry right now; plus some beer.

The sauerkraut takes no time to make, and then you steam your hot dogs in beer. Put your hot dog together the way you like; we like to eat it with yellow mustard, but grain mustard is also good. This is also an inexpensive dish compared to today's prices, but doesn't cut back on taste.
