Deviled eggs
Deviled eggs that taste great and are easy to make. It is always a recipe to have when having a picnic or a barbecue. You can make a lot of them in a short time and they are always a crowd pleaser!
When I boil my eggs I always cover the eggs about two inches above the eggs and I add about a tablespoon of salt to the water. I think this helps the egg shell come off easier when they are done. Don't know if that is true but I have never had trouble peeling the eggs when they are done. Should wait until they are a little cool though, I have grabbed an egg too soon sometimes and that is not good. So, let them get cool enough to handle.
Enjoy these deviled eggs, they are simple to make, not many ingredients, but loaded with taste.
